College Walk offers the following types of Independent Living residences:

Home Ownership

Our no-endowment community offers homes for purchase in our cluster community.  There are three different floor plans and each home includes a private garage.  Homes are priced by the seller and vary depending on size and location.  The land is leased, and College Walk pays the property taxes on that land.

For a monthly fee, homeowners receive basic services such as lawn care, trash removal, exterior painting, one meal per day and full privileges to all community amenities and activities.  For an extra fee, homeowners may receive additional services.

Cottages

The Cottages provide the privacy of home with all the benefits of a simplified, maintenance-free lifestyle.  You can choose from three different floor plans.  These homes are arranged in clusters of two and include full access to the support services of the community.

For a monthly lease, you will receive basic services such as weekly flat linen service, bi-weekly housekeeping service and all utilities except phone or cable.  For an extra fee, you may receive additional services.

The Lodge

For a monthly lease, residents can choose from one of eight different floor plans and are afforded all the benefits of maintenance-free living.  Enjoy the added bonus of fine dining, a fitness studio, a library, a beauty/barber shop and wide range of social activities that are just steps away.

Your monthly lease includes basic services such as scheduled transportation and full home maintenance services.  For an extra fee, you can take advantage of additional services offered at College Walk.
