Recently Kevin Betts, our general manager, asked Dr. and Mrs. Speed Rogers why they decided to move to College Walk. Dr. Rogers replied, "I realized that I knew more people at College Walk than I knew in my own community... I knew it was time to move."

We started off 2003 with 18 homes and have had a great response to the charming and spacious design. As of early 2004 we have a waiting list for the cottages. Please contact us for updated information, or if you are interested in being placed on the waiting list.

If you have ever considered a cottage, time is running out. Imagine life with no mowing, no raking, evening meals in our beautiful dining room by the fireplace, housekeeping, transportation provided for, activities, and the companionship of new friends.

The leased Cottages are charming and cozy, with a fireplace, screened porch, garage, with all appliances included.

The Cottages provide the privacy of a home with all the benefits of a simplified, maintenance-free retirement lifestyle. These homes are arranged in clusters of two, providing you with independence along with full access to the support services of the community.

Leasing is simple. Your lease guarantees your rate for a year, plus you have the option to end the lease (with a 30-day notice) if a move is required for any reason.

The leased Cottages offer spacious floor plans. The VASSAR and GEORGETOWN are our newest additions. These two floor plans include a gas fireplace, screened-in porch, 2 bedrooms, two baths and a garage. A spacious 1255 square foot floor plan makes these rentals a popular choice.

For a monthly lease fee, you receive the following: weekly flat linen service, bi-weekly housekeeping, full home maintenance, lawn care, trash removal, scheduled transportation, 24-hour security, emergency pull cords in baths and bedrooms, 24-hour in-home health care consultation access, one meal per day, all utilities except phone and cable, and full privileges to the community amenities and activities.

For an additional fee you may access College Walk's in-home health care services and respite services; you may also enjoy additional meals for you or your guests.
