College Walk is located in Brevard, North Carolina, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains just south and west of Asheville. Located on 30 acres west of Neely Road, College Walk borders Brevard College and Bridges Creek. This prime location affords all the conveniences of shopping in nearby Brevard, as well as a myriad of cultural and recreational activities available at Brevard College, in Pisgah Forest, on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and throughout Western North Carolina. Residents especially enjoy the campus of Brevard College, just a quick walk over the bridge, with its museum, library, lecture halls, and sports facilities.

Directions from Asheville: Take I26 East to Exit 9, marked for route 280 and the Asheville Airport. At the end of the ramp turn right and continue on 280 until you reach an intersection (with a light) for route 64. Continue straight - you are now on route 64, a divided highway, headed west. When the divided highway ends, go to the second stoplight - a CVS Pharmacy will be on your right. At the light turn left onto Chestnut Street. Go through a stop light. You are now on Neely Road. College Walk is approximately 1/4 mile past the light, on the right.

Directions from Greenville: Take US 276 into Brevard and go past Brevard Elementary School. Turn right the first stop light onto Part Street. Park Street blends into Neely Road at the next flashing light. College Walk is approximately 1/2 mile on the left from the flashing light.

Directions from Highlands,Cashiers & Rosman: Take US 64 into Brevard, go through downtown and stay on US 64 until you see a CVS Pharmacy on your left, at a stop light. Turn right onto Chestnut Street and go through the next stop light. You are now on Neely Road. College Walk is approximately 1/4 mile past the light, on the right.

Directions from Hendersonville: Take US 64 into Pisgah Forest. At intersection turn left onto divided highway. When divided highway ends, go to second stop light - a CVS Pharmacy will be on your right. Turn left onto Chestnut Street. Go through a stop light. You are now on Neely Road. College Walk is approximately 1/4 mile past the light, on your right.
