Lodge Residences at College Walk Retirement

The Lodge at College Walk offers the finest in elegant retirement living, with five star service and spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The leased Lodge residences afford all the benefits of a maintenance-free retirement lifestyle, with fine dining, a library, fitness studio, beauty/barber shop, auditorium and a wide range of social activities mere steps away. Lodge living makes it easy to enjoy a full and active social life.

Leasing is simple. Your minimum lease term is a mere 90 days. The rate is $1,650 for one person per month in the Cornell, $2,150 in a Dartmouth and $2,700 in a Cambridge. Second person fee is $600 per month. Please contact us for rates on other floor plans.

For a monthly lease fee, you receive weekly flat linen service, bi-weekly housekeeping services, full home maintenance services, 24-hour security, scheduled transportation, emergency pull cords in baths and bedrooms, access to 24-hour in-home health consultation, one meal per day, all utilities except phone and cable, and full privileges to all the community amenities and activities. For an additional fee you can take advantage of College Walk's in-home health care services, respite services and additional meals for you or your guests.

The Lodge residences range from a studio (430 square feet) to a one-bedroom apartment (586 square feet), or two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 780 to 1300 square feet.
