Home Ownership at College Walk Retirement

Our no endowment community offers homes for purchase in our cluster community. Enjoy the benefits of home ownership as well as those of retirement living. Three different floor plans offer a variety from 1255 to 1646 square feet. In addition, each home has a private garage. Homes are priced by the seller and vary depending on location and floor plan.

Ownership is uncomplicated. Buyers purchase the homes from existing owners. Owners may sell their home, lease it, or transfer the home to their estate or trust.

For a monthly fee, home owners receive the following services: lawn care, security, trash removal, exterior painting, access to 24-hour in-home health care consultation, one meal per day and full privileges to all community amenities and activities. The land is leased and College Walk pays the property taxes on that land.

For an additional fee, owners may receive housekeeping services, home maintenance services, in-home health care, respite services and additional meals for you or your guests.

There are three floor plans to choose from:

• PRINCETON - 2 bed, 2 bath, 1255 sq.ft.    ( for floor plan)
• HARVARD  -   3 bed, two bath, 1646 sq.ft. ( for floor plan)
• YALE    -        3 bed, 2 bath, 1626 sq.ft.     ( for floor plan)
