The Inn at College Walk offers personal care in a special housing and healthcare alternative. It combines private residences, personalized supportive services, and health care, all designed to promote maximum independence while meeting the needs of each individual resident.

The Inn offers convenient access to amenities such as fine dining, the library, the fitness studio, a beauty/barber shop, the auditorium and a wide range of social activities without having to go outside. Living in the Inn makes it easy to enjoy a full and active social life with all the benefits of assistance with activities of daily living.

The staff, made up of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), can provide assistance with bathing, dressing, hygiene and grooming, medication management and other activities of daily living.

The leased Inn residences afford all the benefits of personal care and a simplified maintenance-free retirement lifestyle. Residences in the Inn range from a studio ( ) to a one-bedroom apartment

Leasing is simple. Your lease guarantees your rate for a year, and you have the ability to end the lease (with 14-day notice) if a move is required for any reason.

The monthly lease fee includes the following: personal laundry service, weekly linen and housekeeping service, full home maintenance services, 24-hour security, scheduled transportation, emergency pull cords in the bath and bedroom, three meals per day, all utilities except phone and cable, 24-hour access to licensed/certified trained staff and full privileges to all College Walk amenities and activities.
