College Walk is a community of active adults who appreciate the benefits of living in Brevard and our 17-year tradition of service excellence. We take care of the details so you can take a class at Brevard College, join a book club, poetry or painting group or just sit and chat with a friend in a café on Main Street. The variety of available activities will surely satisfy the most discerning interests.

Now is the time to plan for your future. College Walk's Wait List Program (application below) allows you to select the type of residence you desire for the future, whether that is in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or longer.

Because of our reputation, the Wait List for the rental residences ranges from 6 to 12 months for one- and two-bedroom apartments under 1,000 square feet. For our larger two-bedrooms, the wait tends to be 1 to 2 years. For the privately owned cluster homes, there is currently a two to five year wait. The newly built cottages are expected to have a two year wait.

When you are on the Wait List, I will call you as residences become available. If the timing is not right for a move, you maintain your priority place on the Wait List. By going on the Wait List now, you better insure that when you are ready to move, College Walk will have the type of home you desire. There are also immediate benefits including six complimentary dinner tickets a year, invitation to events just for Wait List members, an open invitation to attend any on-site activity, as well as our monthly newsletter. Visiting College Walk often gives you the opportunity to experience the lifestyle here and we have found that people who visit often generally want to move in sooner! Why wait to enjoy the benefits?

The Wait List application allows you to begin planning for the future. Please complete and submit the form below - I will receive it by e-mail. Then follow up by mail with a $1,000 non-refundable check payable to College Walk. The $1,000 deposit will be applied to the administrative or membership fee depending on the type of residence you lease or purchase. I will return a signed and dated copy to you within two weeks.
